The Project
Formally, Med Racing is a sports team engaged in offshore sailing races, but in essence, it is much more than that. It is a true adventure where skipper Marco Guerra and the Class40 Imagin’Act – Socomec are the outcome of a meeting driven by a passion for the sea, technological expertise, and social commitment. The decision to design and build an entirely new boat stems from the desire to innovate at sea and act for the future.
Med Racing is a genuine team of individuals, each with a specific role both at sea and on land, from design to construction, from logistics to navigation, from marketing to communication.
The goal of Med Racing is to manage a sports program that serves as a flagship for its partners, who are strongly committed to innovation in a social and environmental dimension.

From the beginning, the Med Racing project has been based on the partnership with Socomec, E’nergys and Imagin’Act to create a committed, coherent and participatory sponsorship program, extended to other partners, always putting people at the center of the objectives.
